The first year is focused on educating on general principles of management while the second year focuses on specializing in fields such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, Systems, Human Resources, General Management, International Business and other niche courses. Entry into full time MBA is carried out through entrance test, followed by a group discussion and personal interview of shortlisted candidates.

Part Time MBA is a 3 year course meant for working professionals. The course usually requires a minimum 2-3 years experience and the individual must be working at the time of admission. Lectures are conducted on weekdays(Evenings) or Weekends. Some colleges also conduct an entrance exam. Part Time MBA is much sought after amongst individuals seeking growth in their current job.

MBA through distance learning is 3 year course where individuals do not attend classroom lectures. Students are handed the course material and have to attend semester exams at designated centers.
