The medical fraternity is upset and angered by Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad's new diktat that binds doctors to sign bonds forcing them to come back to India after completing education overseas. He claimed that many doctors leave the country on the grounds of completing further studies but settle abroad in due course. This trend, in his opinion, needs to be stopped which is why the diktat.
